Needs Assessment for NRH MedStar "Holistic Rehabilitation: Sexuality & Intimacy Considerations"

Greetings!  I am Kathryn Ellis, Founder/CEO of The Institute for Sex, Intimacy & Occupational Therapy.  I am hosting a continuing education event with MedStar NRH May 8th from 8 am - 3 pm.  I want to ensure an effective & customized learning experience for you and your cohort.  Please take about 5 minutes to fill out this needs assessment.  I will use the responses to inform the learning event.
